የቡና ባለስልጣን ለሴት ሰራተኞቹ የሙያ ስልጠና እየሰጠ ነው

የኢትዮጵያ ቡናና ሻይ ባለስልጣን ለሴት ሰራተኞቹ የሙያ ማሻሻያ ስልጠና እየሰጠ ነው

የኢትዮጵያ ቡናና ሻይ ባለስልጣን ማርች 8 ዓለም አቀፍ የሴቶች ቀንን ምክንያት በማድረግ፣ ከተለያዩ የሥራ ክፍሎች ለተውጣጡ ሴት ሰራተኞች በቡና ዘርፍ ዙሪያ መሰረታዊ ስልጠና መስጠት ጀምሯል። ስልጠናው በቡና ምርት አዘገጃጀት፣ አጠባበቅ፣ አቆላል፣ አፈላል፣ የቅምሻ ጥበብ እና በኤክስፖርት ሂደቶች ላይ ያተኮረ ነው። የዋና ዳይሬክተር ጽሕፈት ቤት ኃላፊ አቶ ሰፊሳ አባቡ ስልጠናውን ሲከፍቱ እንደገለጹት፤ ይህ መርሃ ግብር ሰራተኞቹ ስለ ዘርፉ ያላቸውን ግንዛቤ የሚያሳድግና ወደፊት በሙያው በስፋት ለመሰማራት ለሚፈልጉ የላቀ መነሳሳትን የሚፈጥር ነው።

ይህ ለተከታታይ ሁለት ቀናት የሚቆየው ስልጠና ሴት ሰራተኞች በኢንዱስትሪው ውስጥ ያላቸውን ተሳትፎና ተወዳዳሪነት ለማጠናከር ያለመ ነው። ባለስልጣን መስሪያ ቤቱ በየአመቱ እንዲህ ያሉ ስልጠናዎችን በማዘጋጀት የሴቶችን ሙያዊ አቅም ለመገንባትና በቡና እሴት ሰንሰለት ውስጥ ያላቸውን ድርሻ ለማሳደግ በቁርጠኝነት እየሰራ እንደሚገኝ ተመላክቷል።

ECTA Provides Professional Training for its Female Employees!!

In honor of International Women's Day (March 8), the Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority (ECTA) is conducting a comprehensive training program for female staff drawn from various departments. The training covers essential aspects of the coffee value chain, including production preparation, preservation, roasting, brewing, cupping, and export procedures. During the opening ceremony, Mr. Sefisa Ababu, Head of the Director General's Office, noted that the training is designed to broaden employees' industry knowledge and inspire those interested in pursuing specialized careers within the sector.

The session, which will continue for the next two days, aims to empower female employees and enhance their competitiveness within the coffee industry. By organizing such annual programs, the Authority reaffirms its commitment to professional capacity building and increasing the meaningful participation of women throughout the coffee value chain.
