The delegation was welcomed by H.E. Adugna Debella (phd), Director General of Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority and Deputy Director Generals of the Authority Ato Shafi Oumer and Ato Tagay Nuru.
Director General of the Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority (ECTA), Dr. Adugna Debela has made presentation focusing on the Ethiopian coffee sector. His presentation generally focuses on coffee's importance to the country's economy, recent export growth, quality improvements, Ethiopia’s Green legacy’s initiative and its positive impact on market expansion efforts and importance of setting minimum coffee price.
Following the presentation, the delegation visited the coffee Training center and its various operations. Finally, the guests tasted and enjoyed the Ethiopian coffee during the traditional ceremony.
